Better yet, have us custom-build one for your specific business, organization, or project. This can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks, depending on the amount and complexity of the data you need to manage.

What is a database?

It’s a computer program made to collect, store, sort, and - most important - spit out on demand any kind of data you need to manage. The data can include things like inventory; employees, customers or members; costs, prices, markups; addresses and phone numbers; equipment tracking; schedule details; whatever - all the information you need to save, sort, and get access to.

A database has two main parts.

1. The “back-end” stores the information you need to manage. It is the actual “database” part - the raw data in un-pretty “tables.”

Setting up these tables and arranging for access to them can be simple or can get pretty complicated. Fortunately, with a good database, you never have to see the tables (and other back-end parts) if you don’t want to.

2. The “front-end” is the part you actually see and work with day by day in order to enter, modify, and access your data. We make this easy on the eyes, and as easy to understand and handle as possible. (You can see on this site some examples of actual screens from databases we have built.)
